i'm gradualy eating more and more every day and its starting to total to a lot now plus i having 3 gain shakes a day at 750 cals each (50g protien & 100g Carbs) ill try and write down what i eat each day and post it up
today this is what i remember eating im sure theres more, i've been building this up for a wile now eating slowley but constantly
lots of water (but not enuff)
3 gain shakes as above + 9 d-bol split in to 3's 8 hours apart, multi vit
6 eggs (omlet with salad cream)
bowl of cherieos
toast with philly cheese on it
large bowl of pasta with chicken brest
deep fill chicken and stuffing sandwhich
large pasta bake with tons of cheese on top
a few banans
box of granola bars
100g pistasio nuts
some small kinder choc bars
