lifting about two years, the first was kinda hit and miss though so been really hard at it for a year. one cycle so far, it was 8 weeks long, 400mg/week of sust 250, 400mg/week of deca and dbol 40mg/day for 3 weeks. small cycle but i was just starting. i did lift in high school and did some fitness stuff in the service just to keep from going looney on the boat but i think i starteed really training for bb 2 years ago. and just in case you were wondering what my next cycle is going to be its in my training journal! ______________________
