My old training partner had the same probs as you bro but he wasnt quiet as tall - think he was 6ft 1.
When he began training he was that height at about 10 st and trained hard to reach 18st - chemically enhanced after 3-4yrs of training but still a huge difference.
Seems your metabolism is in over drive bro so my advice is to you **** abs,stirations and veins eat everything that aint nailed down and you will grow.
Heres an example of how my mate used to eat to grow - after every meal he had an n-large2 with milk which was 800cals alone on top of the meal which was roughly 500-600 cals totaling 1400cals a sitting!!
I seen he eating 6-7000 cals a day when on the juice - this is the kind of dedication it takes to grow past your natural potential.
Thing about a hard gainer is when they do reach 16-17st they need to keep eating big to maintain the size or they will drop mass very quick unlike a endomorph.
Another guy i know eats about 2 sandwiches a day and maybe pasta for tea and the ****er grows like a weed on barely nothing - saying that he cant loose weight to save his life lol
So next time your bulking on a cycle dont be affraid to knock those cals up bro
