im thinking diet is the key here, quality protein and watch the simple carbs, try to keep them complex, not as much sugar and crap. if you have a good diet you can bulk for years without gaining too much fat and you can always cut when you need to. another idea is to do cardio 2 or 3 times a week. doesnt have to be too much, 30-45 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical (i do better on those as i have a bad knee and running long periods hurts) at a good pace should keep the bf in check. you just want to make sure that your gains are mostly good quality muscle. hope this helps. ______________________
