My gym plays a constant loop of chart and dance shite!
I can zone it out when I'm lifting I don't hear anything cause I'm concentrating on what I'm doing.
But when its my training partners set its a different story, That stuff drives me ****in mental I hate it!
Only time music has put me off is when I was doing some preacher curls and my training partner was spotting me, Hey Ya came on and he started doing a stupid dance and clapping his hands, I laughed so hard I almost dropped the bar!
On my way to the gym I listen to Rage against the Machine, Machinehead, Metalica etc etc as it gets me pumped and wakes me up. |
