Hi Guys, I have a question onloading the syringe from a vial.

I am about to start my cycle of test en and D'bol. However Testosterone Enanthate 250mg (from Schering) does not come in the usual vial, i.e. with the rubber seal. Instead its ina sealed glass tiny bottle with a green ring around the neck. Do I just snap the top off and insert the needle or something.
