ive had weights from as far back as i can remember, i even used to take iron plates in my school bag to school from the age of 8-9, trained wen i could be arsed, (once a week or less) until the age of 14, then from 14 i started training 4 times a week rite up until my 19th birthday, this is wen i tore my tricep and due to the fact i never really got it sorted, i stopped training for 4 years. Ive now been training 4 months properly under garrys watchful eye, everythins goin very good. thats how i started
