To be honest, I never read Arnolds Books or whatsoever but I dont think some1 could archive such a great body as arnold use to without taking anything.... just imagine, you can train in natural way and get musels till a certain "degree or point" but you cannot get anymore of that without taking anything - can you!?? I dont think so!

I think he must have been taking something such as Steroids...
I have heard the reason why he had that HEART problem & operation was 'cos he used to smoke those bad thick cigarates (so was sayed - which I do not believe anyway)
