ok ill try lol, get the photo or pic u want up, go to edit, then once ur in edit go to 'stretch and skew' keep reducing the pic till its about the same size as ur thumb or a bit bigga, then 'save as'. the pic u just saved should now fit, i have windows xp so yours might be different to mine if its windows 98 or watever. this is how i do it anyway, good luck
