brown rice is a better choice of carb than white rice
as for the shakes:
pre workout is fine, post workout sub the skim milk for water. Fat slows the absorbtion of protien and post workout you want aminos as quickly as possible.
I would drop the pro mass shake at bed time instead have. 4egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 tblsp peanut butter or other health fat.
Other than that looks pretty good. |
