arnold said whatever it takes to get the weight up. look at his arms. on ehting i found effective since i like to do my curls thru the full range, ie. all the way down till my arms are straight, when i cant get past the "sticking point" (i think we just coined a phrase gentlemen) instead of leaning back which can cause back injury, lean forward a little to get the weight started and then use momentum to help. if it failure youre going for this should help. just mho. ______________________
