PEANUT BUTTER ive heard that peanut butter is decent to snack on whilst training, dieting, just in general. is this good info? i eat peter pan brand. they make this honey roast blend they make that is sooo good. heres the info off the jar, tell me what you think. serving size: 2 tbsp (35g). per serving- 190 cals. 120 from fat (kinda high but its p-nuts) 14 grams of fat (3g sat. 0 g trans), 0 cholesterol, 125mg sodium, 12 g carbs (2g dietary fiber 8 g sugars due to the honey no doubt) 7g protein. what do you think?! ______________________
