good for 180, most guys i know at that weight are not as cut. you definately have good form. work on the poses and maybe a little size in the important parts such as delts (they really do make the difference) back, chest. but i wouldnt say you really need much. i was getting big as hell, my measurements were going up and so was the weight but you couldnt tell by looking at me, then a friend pointed out to me that my shoulders were pointed when my arms were hanging. not rounded and bulgy like a proper body builder! so i started working them and sure enough i look better every month! ______________________
