could u guys hav a look n tell me if my diet is ok, im 5'9", 80kg, bf approx 25% ( female(3 different measurements & mirror)), im looking to loose some more body fat and make some lean gain.
wake: whey
8am

orridge(2/3 water, 1/3 semi)
10am:veg sticks & houmus/tahini or 2 eggs
1pm: chicken breast, salad & wholemeal pitta
3:30pm: 1/2wholemeal pitta, banana& nut butter
4-6pm: WORKOUT
8pm: steak n veg, sugar free jelly with berries
11pm: fish or cottage cheese
ive also put my routine up in the beginners section. your help is appreciated.
