i smoked for 3 years and then one day i was walking up the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment and by the time i got to the top i was breathing hard, i decided there was nothing worth that, especially as i was only 22. right after that was when i started training. just make sure you dont drop one bad habit for another, i gained somewhere near 15-20 lbs of chub cuz when i quit smoking, i started eating bad. ______________________
that which does not kill me only serves to make me stronger.
