av not got one planned out, acan only make it 3 times a week jus noo so its split workout 4 me, am not really sure what to do at the same time am always jus doing what a feel like a mostly leave my bicepts a week to recover since they r a small muscle group but the shoulders n shit a can do over and over again! once i gain transport myself to the gym(after hols) al b able to really lay down the law. be more strict with myself
