protein to gain! ok, so i have heard everything from 1-2 grams of protein per pound of weight per day to grow. ok, i dont know how you guys manage to eat or how big most of you are, in fact you probably dwarf me, but im 6' 225lbs and 450 grams of protein every day even using shakes is insane to me, im used to eating small and ive been out of the gym for a while and havent been eating like crazy so my stomach has shrunk (which actually happens when you eat less ive found out) and i just cant stuff it down. what does anyone recommend? ______________________
