For a good superset, Try reaching failure with the close grips with the EZ bar then immediatly get on the ground and do push ups, but form a diamond shape with your thumbs and forefingers touching. In other words your hands will be virtually together.
See how many pushups you get on your 3/4th set, bet it wont be many.
When my training buddy reach failure with these pushups we end up squeezing out a few more by doing them girlie style on the knees. I think we are just masochistic mutha's

but it pumps the tri's nicely
