Bump on what extreme said, if you have a good whey blend there's no need for an amino complex. Taurine is good for a pre workout enery boost and BCAAs are good if you're cutting and want to keep muscle loss to a minimum.

As for creatine there's no need to cycle IMO. Just be sure to drink plenty of water to help your kidneys out.
