Thanks for ur reply/suggestion.

As far as I know... creatine should be taken for 4-6 weeks and then stop using it for 6 weels so that ur body does not get used to it otherwise it wont help much, is that correct!?!

Does creatine just give you mainly power and strength or is there anymore???
