yeah i always do 5 or 10 mins of cardio before any streching followed by 1 20 rep light set of the exersise im gonna be doing.
i always spend about half an hour streching after a cardio work out which is like another work out in itself but its all well worth it cuz a long muscle is a strong muscle.
ps never strech cold thats just asking for trouble
