hi steve , ive been training now for about 7 years now and im at that stage where my gains are alot slower than when i first started, ive been tempted into start taking roids but i dont have the bottle to be truthful. i think the mistake ive made is ive let my body get comfortable with my routine. my fear is that the gains ive made through my training years will go if i start changing routines i know it sounds daft, but what do you think ? anyway heres my shoulder routine. does it look ok could it be better let me know. cheers m8
tues: front / side / back delts 3 sets each
traps 4 sets
i do this 3 time a week tuesday / thursday /sat
