Sounds 2 me like youve gone stale. i dont kno wot to advise on training 3 days or 5 days, really depends on wot YOU want 2 do. Id train all day every day if i could and it was productive.
losing focus after just 30mins sounds almost as if your bored. personnly id either take a small break or make a change in your training. hope this helps, i may be barking up the wrong tree. |
