Loosing motivation for first time and dont know why? Ive been doing a 3 day workout for 5 months now, when can i consider doing a 5 day workout, as i prefer training for just 30-40 mins a night rather than over 1 hour.The 3 day workout takes a long time as ive got to work all muscle group in the same session.
Progress is more important to me than time though so should i stick to a 3 day workout or can i get away with doing a 5 day split.In seek of urgent advice as im loosing motivation theese last couple of weeks and i feel its because the training lasts so long, i loose focus after 30 mins.Ive only been like this recently. |
