hi leeds, ive just finished a course of d-bol only and i stopped takin them 7 days ago, gettin swole is rite as from all the reading up ive done, the main reason i took dbol only is cause i had a tricep injury and i thought id try them out for that reason only, alls i can say is theyve pretty much fixed my tricep in 8 weeks and the physio couldnt do that in 4 years!, made sum really good gains but i think most of it was water, i put on 10 pounds whilst on them(mainly water) and after 7 days ive lost 8 pounds so far but to look in the mirror i would say ive made sum good gains, although im expecting them gains to go lol, from wat ive read, they dont last to long, just thought u might want to hear sum 1st hand experience and ill keep u posted to how i get on. i personally would listen to gettin swole and the mods on this one as im not very experienced, good luck in wat u decide, cheers, kev
