Newbie routine required and advice along the way.... Hi peeps,
Very new to this site and weight lifting in general, but just got addicted to it an want proper advice and set up a half decent routine.
I want to seriously improve my overal fitness and size/strength.
I am 12.5 Stone, dont know what that is in kilos?
6ft tall, not naturally the large endo shape, more ecto.
I am in fairly good shape, not skinny, and have some muscle mass to work with.
My weak spots are lower back, tris and chest.
I start police training in July and want some results before then, is it possible to see decent gains and shape in say four months if I stick to a plan religously? Currently I can get to the gym 3 times a week, in about a months time I shall be able to go almost every evening!
I want to bulk to say around 13 stone then shape up, is this feasible for a newbi and if so what training plan would you recommend including diet, last time I trainined I found eating loads hard work. I do have creatine supplement is this good to use for a newbie? Certainly helped with endurance last time I trained as I was getting drained early on.
