i would advise 400mg deca for your cycle but this is just my opinion but run it a little longer


so would like like this -

wk 1-11 400mg deca
wk 1-12 500mg test enth
wk1-6 30mg dbol
wk 14 pct


I have shown the deca stopping 1 week prior to the sus - this is to allow the drugs to both bring you to starting pct at the same time. (decas half life for pct is 21 days - test enth is 14 days)


Simple cycle like the ones shown today are the bread and butter of cycles imo and work very well.

Post up your last cycle and we can tweek the doses if need be
