A good high quality protein shake between breakfast and lunch, another post workout, and another after supper would significantly add more calories and protein to your diet quickly. I struggle each day to eat as much as I can and as often as I should. Protein shakes are the only way for me to fit additional feedings into my work schedule. Real clean food is always the best choice but isn't always practical or even possible. I agree with everyone else here in that you really need to eat more. Your food choices seem in order there just isn't enough of it spread out adequetly. Looks like you're on the right path just need some additional meals-at least 2 more. Also a little patience is required as growing muscle naturally takes time and effort in the gym.
