On a usual day i'd eat the following;
Breakfast;
6 scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast, bowl of porridege oats and a yoghurt.
Lunch;
Steak with potatoes and two veg (cabbage/spinach etc.) plus gravy.
Dinner;
Tuna pasta bake with onions and sweetcorn.
Supper;
Italian or indian dish consisting of two chicken or turkey breasts, chopped tomatoes, an onion, broccolli or leek and wholemeal rice.
I also snack on peanuts and milk through the day and consume between 2 and 3 litres of water a day.
Been stuck on 12 and half stone for 6 months now! |
