Default bent over single arm rows

weve had max bench and sholders so i thought i would ask about this, ive only been training a month and i do 55kg rows for 10 reps, i train at home and cant fit anymore weight on the dumbell i reckon i could do 70kg for 4-5 reps, wats everyone else do, i want to know if mine is any good???? cheers, kev
