ive never used reflex, so cant really comment on them.
i was abit dubious about prolabs protein at one point, there creatine works well though.
i think maximuscle do have good protein but it is very dear.
i trust extreme, after all doug is one of us a bodybuilder. and tbh ive made good gains since using his stuff.
