what protein when cutting loosing weight?? hi guys just wondering, when u lot are cutting your obviously loosing weight, so which protein do you still take when doing this?
im nailing the cardio really bad at moment but finding im aching cos i dont think im fueling my muscles with enough protein? does that sound correct?
so basically im asking should i still be taking protein to let me loose weight?
my diet is very good now hardly any fat at all plenty of carbs, and as i said, im not leaving the gym now till ive done 1200 calories on the machines, im doing this 4 times a week now. on top of this i walk on average 5 miles a day at work? and advice would be very gladly recieved? adam. ______________________
