Dont get me wrong I'm glad my strength is still there, but my size has gone down due to no glycogen in the muscles. I want my 17.5-18 inch arms back :cry:
Maybe its still too early and it might catch up with me and weights will drop 30kg in a week or something.
I've gone up and down in weight so many times from 12 stone to 7.5 stone to 16.5 stone to 12.5 stone to 16.5 stone and now 15 stone., so my confidence doesn't really get affected that much as it always comes back quick

and anything above 7.5 stone is good.
I will keep everyone posted on the strength/muscle size loss/gain throughout my cutting phase.
