I have done the weights in the past but this routine you set me is like no other routine I have ever tried, I am totally knackered and sore. I am definately going to stick with it, no pain no gain.
I am also sticking to the diet (not eating less), I have never eaten so much. It was hard going but I am getting used to it, I started making my own pasta + chicken or tuna + salad lunches. Now that I think of it I wasted alot of time because I wasn't eating enough.
