re diet steve my diet at moment is like this
5.30 corn flakes semi skimmed milk
9.00 tin of tuna fish with low fat salad cream
11.00 protien drink
12.30 2 baked potatoes with beans or bowl of pasta with dolmio sause
3.00 2 bananas
4.15 training till 5.45
6.00 pm protien drink
7.00 pm what ever the misses cooks ( we never have fried foods of take ways in the week.
other supplements i take are
1 ptotien powder ( twicw a day )
2 multi mineral tabs ( with protien )
3 milk thistle ( before bed )
4 gloucosamine tabs ( before bed )
5 amino acids 4 thirty mins before training then 4 after training ______________________
obsessed is a term used by the lazy to decribe the dedicated.
