Some good advice from the godfather

I agree you shoulkd run the test for at least 8weeks and i would advise you to up the deca to 400mg as u aint gonna see much from 200mg

Heres my opinion on pct for your cycle -

Hcg is not needed on so little a dose of test - you only require hcg when you go upwards of 1 g test a week otherwise nolvadex or clomid for pct will sufice.

This i how i run my nolva pct -

Day 1 - 100mg nolva
day 2-11 - 60mg nolva
day11-22 - 40mg nolva

Your pct will start 21 days later after you last shot of deca or sus
