can you bodyfat go down with your weight not changing much? im on my fouth week of cardio 2 weeks eph 2 weeks clen,cardio 4 times a week in the morning for 35-40mins @130-140 hr.
ive only lose 1 pound but when i look in the mirrior it looks like ive lost weight.
my diet is quite clean lots of lean protein and low carbs.
how many lbs should you be losing a week or is it too early yet?
