yo, its alright sayin you need calories to bulk bro but from the looks of that diet you aint gettin no were near enough protein bro, u need 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, i know its hard bro, i struggle like hell gettin thatr amount down my neck but ive seen sum good gains since i upped my protein intake and if u can u should do the same, there are guys a hell of alot more experienced in ere to give u advice so i will leave the calories down to them, good luck man and keep us posted.kev
