i had this a few weeks ago,
was doing dumbells presses that done it for me,
what i did was take 2 anadin 3 x a day.
and it solved it, it was all gone about 3 days later.
i do stretch when i do shoulders, maybe my injury was just a one off.
a stretch i do.
i sort of like swing my arm right up and over, about 10 times on each arm. forwards and backwards if that makes any sense
