Shoulder Pains Just getting a bit worried because I'm getting little nagging pains in my left shoulder/trap, started hurting a day or so after my last workout, (Chest & Triceps) Its not allways there just when i do certain movements?
Any ideas, should take some time off training?
Are there any ideas on stretches you can do for them, I currently don't do any? ______________________
