should have edited the above post was supposed to be before i used m1t not while!i have decided to put it back a bit,(bout 12 weeks) reckon its sound advice (been readin up on it a lot nasty shit aint it!)untill i get some proper stuff pct wise as in nolva to go with my 6 oxo not even thinkin of it! i am also stacking up on multivitamis cod liver oil milk thistle dioralyte sachets glucose e.t.c. anything i figure i might need i spend a tenner a week on and it goes in my 'medicine' cabinet for safe keeping
also this will wake my body up a bit as its not as strong as it used to be!!!!!!(goin 5 nights a week 1 body part per night) 4 sets, last set to failiure. (forgot how much it hurts the next day!!!!
at the min just takin the creatine eatin all the tuna and pasta i can stomach(bout 4 hours apart and drinkin milk by the gallon steak 3 times a week as well!!!
ended up buyin some monster food off ebay cos it was cheap its not bad with chocolate nesquick
