Re: intro paddi - advice appreciated Helle e1 , just to introduce myself. I am 35 years old and have been weight training for the past 15 years. However this has always been to supplement other sports (Rugby & martial arts) I now want to concentrate on getting as big & strong as possible, don't now if I have left it to late though. What do ya reckon! advice, thoughts greatly appreciated.
I am 6' & 14stone 34" waist 43" chest ( just to give you a rough idea of my current size)
I am not ready for the scrap heap and can still train hard. The gym I have acces to is small and basic.
