intro paddi - advice appreciated hello e1 - just thought i'd introduce myself - could do with some advice regarding training & found the site. I am 34 years old and have trained with weights for 15 years however this has always been to supplement other sports (Rugby & Martial Arts) I have retiredfrom those now and m wanting to get as big and strong s possible . BIG QUESTION is have I left it to late?! Any help advice would be greatly appreciated
