On a cutting cycle but dont want to risk losing muscle I am on this sort of regime atm:
get up at 730
take ephedrine (with asprin and coffee), creatine ethyl ester, glutamine, protein, cod liver oil, multivitamin
prepare an isotonic drink with taurine
goto gym, do low to mid intensity cardio (i.e. heart rate about 140 - i could comfortably do higher but heard this is optimum for fat burning) for about 1 1/2 hours
then do 20 minutes intense weights.
Can see improved definition but dont wish to lose too much muscle, i know I will lose a bit.
The weights that I do in those 20 minutes cause my muscles to hurt for 1 - 2 days after the exercise, and i'm doing an intelligent 4 day split, so no overtraining goin on.
