Inj that case, take 6months or so to lose the excess flab and get a decent base. Then start thinking about PH/Roids.

I can set you up a very good workout program/diet/supp routine. For a very fast weightloss with muscle gains also for a very small fee(I am a student, gotta get cash from somewhere).

Just so you know, I am also training the 2nd Place Mr teen australia, and 1 other person. They are both getting great gains!
