Low dose letro(0.25-0.5mg EOD) is good for preventing gyno, and decreasing bloat a lot.

Nolva would only be used to stop gyno IF signs arise @ 60mg 1st day, 40, then down to ~10mg ED/EOD for the remainder of the cycle.

Remember, you dont want all the estrogen from your system gone, just enough so that you dont look like a balloon.
