is 6 oxo a definate for a 1ad cycle bcoz am also gonna start a 1ad cycle in jan but unsure if i needed to supp anything with it bcoz thought the sides were relatively low. This will be my first ph cycle so any advice would be appreciated bcoz my knowlegde isnt that great as of yet. Been told to start taking ZMA 3 days before the end of cycle to get test levels back up and continue it for atleast 3 weeks after it bcoz test levels crash when stopping the cycle. Is this good advice |
