I like to use 1" for everything except bis/delts. I'm a sissy though and don't like the long needles

ops: I always use 25g to inject as well b/c they go in like butter, u don't even feel it. You can use anything to draw the oil... 20g works fine w/o causing the rubber to come out of the stopper.
