in that case, I have a supply of 250mg 4AD and 150mg of nor-diol tablets. I can no longer follow the recommended stack i was going to follow,which was:
Week 1-2 take 750 mg of 4-diol and 250 mg of Nor-diol
Week 3-5 take 500 mg of 4-diol and 500 mg of Nor-diol
Week 6-7 take 250 mg of 4-diol and 750 mg of Nor-diol
divided between 2 doses. Can you suggest how I should stack the two?
