Yeah I'd work on getting the protein up to either 1.5x body weight or 2x. Get off the creatine as it won't help you on a PH cycle.. just bloat you up w/ water. Get your calories at least 500 over maintenance or more. I also wouldn't do PH's without having fish/flax oil, milk thistle, taurine, and a good lineup for PCT ______________________ thricefan@cyber-rights.net
